Our client is looking for an Engineer to join their team in Fort Worth, TX. The company is a pioneering U.S. industrial business at the forefront of advanced materials innovation, rebuilding domestic manufacturing capability and supporting the growth of clean‑tech, defense, and electrification industries. The Engineer will play a hands‑on, interdisciplinary role in developing, optimizing, and scaling finishing processes for advanced materials, including surface treatments, coatings, bonding, and thermal applications. This role supports the company’s mission to restore essential manufacturing capabilities in the United States.
The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, or a related discipline, strong understanding of surface chemistry, thermodynamics, and kinetics, experience with surface coating and thermal processes, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred qualities include experience with corrosion or coating processes, hands‑on experience with furnaces or coating systems, proven ability to lead technical development projects, strong analytical skills with Python, MATLAB, or other tools, and a proactive, curious mindset with enthusiasm for tackling complex technical challenges in a fast‑paced industrial environment.
