Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, engineering, or related applied sciences.
• Minimum six (6) years of automotive, chemical, or related industry experience, including sales, technical, and marketing roles with business acumen.
• Strong testing background with coatings; knowledge of paint formulation and application processes.
• Familiarity with customer-specific test requirements and ability to analyze failure modes and recommend solutions.
• Experience in an R&D environment and product commercialization.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence at all levels of the organization and with customers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work with multi-functional teams without direct authority.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills with data-based decision-making.
• Strong data processing skills and proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
