NVIDIA is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager in Santa Clara, CA to lead end-to-end ML/AI programs spanning research, engineering, data, product, and legal. You will coordinate with infrastructure and platform teams to align compute capacity and deployment, drive releases, and report status to executives.

Requirements include 15+ years in PM/engineering/ML delivery, ability to lead complex multi-stakeholder programs, and comfort interpreting model results and training trade-offs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 15+ years in technical program management, engineering, or ML delivery.
• Experience leading end-to-end multi-stakeholder programs.
• Comfort interpreting ML results and training trade-offs.
• Ability to establish operating rhythms and communicate with executives.
• Familiarity with Agile, roadmapping and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver task-specific models across domains from problem to hand-off.
• Coordinate with infra, systems and platform groups on compute and serving.
• Guide release management, versioning, and compliance approvals.
• Maintain program rhythm: planning, reviews, risks, dependencies.
• Define and track model quality, training speed, and release timing.
• Collaborate across research, engineering, data, product, legal, and partners.
