Qualifications

• BS or MS in engineering, computer science, MIS, or equivalent technical field.
• 12+ years of related experience building customer-centric products.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering impactful products with users or enterprise customers.
• Strong product sense with trade-off skills across UX, value, and feasibility.
• Experience with infrastructure, operations, or resource-focused products essential.
• Hands-on use of AI tools to analyze data and prototype concepts.
• Strong analytical approach and data-driven prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy for core areas and translate into a roadmap and backlog.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn needs into shipped capabilities.
• Define features with user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria; drive end-to-end delivery.
• Define metrics, dashboards, and insights to improve decision-making and platform adoption; create UI mocks using AI-assisted tools.
• Partner with engineering to navigate integrations, constraints, and platform performance.
