Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience leading technology programs
- Experience in Agile environments and delivering releases
- Hands-on Jira and Confluence experience
Responsibilities
- Lead complex technology initiatives from intake through launch and post-launch evaluation.
- Translate strategies and roadmaps into actionable delivery plans with milestones, dependencies, and measures of success.
- Own and maintain portfolio roadmaps, backlogs, and release plans in Jira.
- Coordinate with business owners, product owners, and technical leaders to prioritize work based on value, urgency, risk, and dependencies.
- Manage multiple initiatives and resolve resource and stakeholder conflicts to meet schedule, scope, budget, and quality objectives.
