Job summary

Intuit seeks a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead the IDX Platform initiatives. You will drive global program management, collaborate with product and engineering, and shape scalable platform solutions that enable data integration and automation across Intuit products.

You will influence at all levels, balance business needs with technical constraints, and leverage AI-driven workflows to accelerate planning and decision making within a large, dynamic organization.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
• Experience driving organizational change.
• 10+ years of Program Management leadership experience, including 8+ years leading multiple complex technology-focused programs.
• Extensive experience driving programs across multiple business units with differing requirements.
• Excellent leadership skills with matrix environment influence.
• Outstanding communication for executive-level audiences.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams on complex technology programs with Agile methodologies.
• Experience in product or customer data integration platforms is a plus.
• PMP Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive and own Technical Program Management for IDX Platform initiatives globally.
• Manage a portfolio of programs aligned with IDX Platform domains with trusted advisor collaboration.
• Build trust and drive change on critical programs across Intuit organizations and geographies.
• Partner with product delivery to unblock and guide program teams’ delivery.
• Develop program structure and operating rhythm for cross-organizational teams.
• Create program roadmaps and execution plans across planning, development, production readiness, and launch.
• Collaborate with executives, product management, engineering, and cross-functional teams to drive program outcomes.
• Identify critical issues and dependencies and drive to closure; communicate progress clearly.
