Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Business or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience managing full project lifecycles including planning, execution, risk management, and delivery.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with business and technical audiences.
• Solid technical background with understanding of IT systems, applications, development processes, and constraints.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple workstreams.
• Experience driving project governance and issue management with successful delivery of technology initiatives.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and build strong partnerships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, governance and delivery of complex technology programs and projects across cross-functional teams.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.
• Manage schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
• Facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment.
• Drive governance, status reporting, issue management and exec-level communications.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to align business objectives with IT deliverables.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and resolve delivery challenges.
• Promote project management best practices and continuous improvement across programs.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
