Job summary

KLA is seeking a Technical Program Manager in Milpitas, CA to lead complex cross‑functional eBeam inspection programs. You will manage scope, schedule, and cost, coordinating engineering, manufacturing, and customers to ensure successful deployment and ramp.

The role requires a doctorate or equivalent experience with 12+ years in program management, systems engineering, or related leadership. Occasional travel is expected as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in engineering, physics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead sophisticated eBeam inspection product development programs.
• Drive program execution across engineering, manufacturing, applications, service, quality, suppliers, and operations.
• Develop and maintain program plans, risk mitigation, and executive communications.
• Partner with leaders to optimize product performance and customer value.
• Lead beta sites, customer engagements, and product introductions.
• Influence product strategy and roadmaps across teams.
• Foster global collaboration and accountability in a matrix environment.
