Qualifications

• 3-4 years leading or managing an engineering team
• 7+ years of backend engineering experience
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS or equivalent)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Hands-on experience with complex integration environments
• Strong AI fluency and use of AI tools to speed workflows
• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience

• Lead and develop a team of four backend engineers
• Maintain and raise the technical quality of systems
