Job summary

PQShield is seeking an Experienced Technical Product Manager to expand our Product team, sitting at the intersection of software, firmware and hardware architecture. You will define how our security software interacts with hardware IPs, and you will optimize integration with customers while shaping our PQC-enabled portfolio.

With a master’s degree and 7+ years of relevant experience, you will collaborate with founders and engineering teams to drive product strategy, maintain roadmaps, and ensure

Qualifications

• Master's degree in software engineering or computer science or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience preferred with a focus on security IP or embedded products.
• Experience bridging software, firmware and hardware domains.
• Knowledge of PQC, cryptographic standards and APIs.
• Familiarity with trusted execution and hardware security concepts.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for security IPs, cryptographic libraries and firmware portfolios.
• Collaborate with architecture teams to define interfaces for easy integration by customers.
• Act as domain expert for cryptographic capabilities and PQC standards.
• Work with customers and partners to integrate security solutions into system architectures.
• Author PRDs and translate cryptographic standards into hardware requirements.
• Measure product performance using internal and external data sources.
• Drive continuous improvement of development processes.
