  • Act as the primary bridge between hardware engineering, software/firmware teams, security architects, and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to critically prioritize product backlogs, balance technical debt with commercial features, and make tough trade-offs between area, power, performance, and security (PPAS).
  • Author comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and technical specifications that translate complex cryptographic standards into actionable hardware engineering requirements.
  • Define and drive the multi-year product roadmap for hardware security IPs and cryptographic solutions, aligning with market trends and customer requirements.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, market opportunities, and industry trends related to Post-Quantum Cryptography for platform security and hardware accelerators.
  • Define product requirements, features, and roadmaps for our entire product portfolio of hardware products based on customer feedback, market insights, and latest technology developments.
  • Work closely with tech leads and sales to align product roadmaps.
  • Measure product performance utilising data from internal and other data sources.
  • Continuous improvement of our product development processes.
Required Skills And Qualifications
  • Proven hands-on experience with integration of hardware security IP and architectures such as Arm, RISC-V, or x86, TRNG, PUF, masking, blinding, etc.
  • System architect mindset able to envision products with end-to-end security integration.
  • Strong understanding of the semiconductor industry products, security IP market dynamics, and related technologies.
  • Solid understanding of modern silicon manufacturing processes, physical design constraints, and post-silicon bring-up/validation.
  • Deep familiarity with SoC (System-on-Chip) architecture, bus protocols (AXI, AHB), and hardware-software interfaces.
  • A background that includes transitioning from a Hardware Design/Verification Engineer or Security Architect into Product Management.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
  • Track record of successfully launching and managing complex security IP products throughout their lifecycle.
  • Experience with hardware security industry standards.
  • Experience with hardware security certifications.
  • Knowledge of Industry standard SoC Security Architectures.
  • Knowledge of tamper resistance and/or power side-channel security countermeasures.
