Qualifications

• Ability to grasp complex business processes and data flows.
• Clear and concise communication to business leaders, IT professionals, and engineering.
• Experience coding with SQL/SAS or similar database languages.
• Not entry-level; some software product management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the product evangelist to customers, prospects, and internal teams.
• Be hands-on with market analysis, wireframes, requirements, and design.
• Tell a compelling story by communicating requirements to engineering.
• Stay current with software and pharma industry trends and translate into product specs.
• Own product-related questions and enhancement requests from customers.
• Design, implement, and iterate within agile development cycles.
• Own technical aspects of the product and drive improvements.
