Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a Product Marketing Manager / Senior Manager for Clinical Operations to drive content and messaging for 1-3 products within the Clinical Operations portfolio, enabling marketing and sales across the customer lifecycle.

You will lead content creation, craft sales decks, collaborate with product strategy, and contribute to annual customer conferences in the US and Europe, helping communicate product vision and market strategy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B product marketing experience.
• Excellent writing and PowerPoint skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop clear, concise, compelling messaging and content.
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
• Fast learner and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead product marketing activities and content creation for 1–3 products.
• Create engaging written content (thought leadership, videos, website copy, blog posts, infographics).
• Develop crisp PowerPoint content, including sales decks and enablement materials.
• Collaborate with product strategy to understand market and communicate product vision externally.
• Create strategic marketing plans with field marketing and strategy.
• Contribute to annual customer conferences in the US and Europe.
• Lead product and feature launch content creation and processes.
• Support sales enablement and field marketing campaigns as needed.
