Job summary

Injective Labs is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to shape and scale products across the Injective ecosystem. You will collaborate with engineering, design, and leadership to drive direction, prioritization, and execution from ideation through launch.

We welcome crypto-native or tech leaders with strong product thinking, execution, and communication. This role offers hybrid or remote work, ideally based in New York, with a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably working on technical or infrastructure-heavy products.
• Strong product fundamentals and proven product judgment.
• Strong technical understanding and experience working with highly technical teams, with a solid understanding of finance.
• High ownership mentality with the ability to independently drive initiatives forward.

Responsibilities

• Drive product development across multiple initiatives, from new products and feature ideation through launch, iteration, growth, and continuous improvement
• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning aligned with company objectives
• Partner closely with engineering, design, and leadership teams to define product direction and priorities
• Own prioritization decisions using user feedback, product intuition, data, and business context
• Translate complex technical concepts and user needs into clear product requirements and execution plans
• Maintain a strong product quality bar across user experience, functionality, and execution
• Define and monitor key product metrics and use insights to improve decision-making
• Work cross-functionally with teams across engineering, growth, BD, operations, and support
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and high ownership expectations
