Job summary

Injective Labs is seeking a Product Designer to work on its DeFi web products and DApps, taking a hands-on approach to crafting user-centered solutions. The role involves leading design work across multiple product launches, collaborating with engineering, product, and business teams, and listening to users to shape strategy.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in UI/UX design for consumer fintech or crypto, strong Figma and Adobe skills, and a portfolio that demonstrates craft.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a UI/UX design role, preferably in consumer fintech or crypto space.
• Experience building consumer-facing mobile and web products.
• Ability to develop wireframes and prototypes.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid information design and typography/visual design skills.
• A portfolio demonstrating craft and care.
• Passion for fast-paced startup environments.
• Based in North/South America or Europe time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects across the product lifecycle and launches.
• Influence product strategy and quality through design practice.
• Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to craft practical solutions.
• Listen to users to shape product strategy and delight customers.
• Create multiple concepts and prototypes; decide when to iterate to high fidelity.
