The role requires breaking down complex problems, balancing trade-offs, and partnering with SDMs, TPMs, PMs, SDEs, and business leaders to define vision, strategy, and requirements. You thrive in a fast-paced, highly technical environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product/program management or related tech roles.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience delivering features and balancing tradeoffs.
• Own and drive roadmap strategy and definitions.
• Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
• Contribute to engineering decisions and tech strategy.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Advocate for key customers during executive prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Leading ambiguous problems to resolution.
• Define vision, strategy, and requirements with leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive program execution across multiple orgs from strategy to rollout.
• Communicate status, risks, and changes to senior management.
• Collaborate with customers, technical staff, and executives across geographies.
• Plan programs in fast-paced, technical environments and secure buy-in.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies and bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with SDMs, TPMs, PMs, FEEs, SDEs, Scientists, and PEs.
• Own business and operational metrics.
