Job summary

Narrative is a Data Collaboration Platform built for the AI era, seeking a technical PM who enjoys drafting specs, building prototypes, testing releases, and engaging directly with customers. You will work closely with Engineering, Sales, and Solutions Engineering to solve hard problems with wide latitude.

In this role you’ll engage with major customers, write detailed specs, build dashboards for idea validation, and help prioritize work when resources are tight.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical product management, ideally B2B/enterprise.
• Experience engaging with customers on technical implementations.
• Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities; ability to deliver in unstable environments.
• Experience with SQL, data pipelines, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake/Databricks).

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers to understand needs and deliver.
• Write detailed product specs and partner with Engineering to build and test releases.
• Build prototypes and dashboards to validate ideas quickly.
• Prioritize features with limited resources, balancing customer requests, platform improvements, and debt.
• Collaborate with engineering on technical decisions and architecture.
