Job summary

DEPT is seeking a Principal Technical Product Manager for a 3-month contract in the United States. You will define and own product strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with client objectives in the financial services and risk management space.

You will apply Agile/Lean, manage end-to-end lifecycle, collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations, and communicate with executives.

Qualifications

• Proficient in product lifecycle management from ideation to launch and ongoing enhancements.
• Strong market research and analysis skills.
• Experience in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and user experience best practices.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and long-term vision aligned with objectives and customer needs.
• Lead and scale high-performing product teams including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and development.
• Establish clear team structures, decision-making hierarchies, and operating cadences.
• Manage full product lifecycle from discovery to launch, iteration, and sunset.
• Drive revenue growth through product-led initiatives and platform enhancements.
• Engage regularly with executive stakeholders and key customers for feedback and alignment.
