Job summary

CEI is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager for its AI Platform in Orlando, FL. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI use cases, from discovery through delivery, adoption, and measurable outcomes, partnering with engineering, operations, and governance teams.

You will lead discovery, define success metrics, and translate needs into roadmaps while building prototypes with prompts, agents, and retrieval workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with strong product discovery ownership.
• Prototype AI-driven solutions (prompts, agents, workflows, integrations).
• Experience defining and delivering against KPIs and OKRs.
• Familiarity with LLM applications, prompt engineering, AI agents, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Ability to communicate tradeoffs, progress, and outcomes to technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong judgment balancing scope, speed, and quality in delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle for AI use cases from initial stakeholder engagement through adoption and measurement.
• Lead discovery through interviews, focus groups, surveys, and direct user research.
• Define and track success metrics (KPIs/OKRs) and report outcomes to stakeholders.
• Translate stakeholder needs and platform usage insights into roadmap priorities.
• Build prototypes, demos, and working solutions using prompts, agents, retrieval workflows, and integrations.
• Iterate quickly by sharing work-in-progress early to gather feedback and refine direction.
• Partner cross-functionally to align delivery with enterprise governance, security, and compliance expectations.

• Title: Senior Technical Product Manager - AI Platform
• Location: Orlando, FL preferred. Open to candidates based in Seattle, WA; Glendale, CA; Anaheim, CA; or Burbank, CA. (2days onsite, potential to move to 4 days onsite)
• Contract: W2 only, 22month contract with potential for conversion to full time with the client
• Pay: $ 75-85/hour + optional medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match

Overview

Join a team building and scaling an enterprise AI enablement platform that provides model endpoints, agent runtimes, SDKs/integrations, observability, governance, and enterprise knowledge connectivity. This role owns the end-to-end lifecycle of high-impact AI use cases—from discovery and prototyping through delivery, adoption, and measurable outcomes. You will partner closely with engineering, operations, and governance stakeholders to deliver safe, scalable AI solutions across diverse business functions.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills

• Familiarity with LLM applications, prompt engineering, AI agents, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)

• Strong judgment balancing scope, speed, and quality in delivery

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Skills

• Experience with agentic frameworks and tooling (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI)
• Exposure to AI tooling such as LiteLLM, Open WebUI, and n8n-style workflows
• Familiarity with AI evaluation and observability tools (e.g., Arize, Phoenix, Langfuse)
• Experience with modern AI development workflows, including AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude, Cursor)
• Understanding of enterprise AI governance, security, and compliance considerations
• Experience running pilot programs or early-adopter initiatives
