- Strong product scope ownership and proven ability to define, refine, and hold firm MVP and capability scope in a complex, multi platform environment
- Experience owning product capabilities from intake through launch, warranty, and clean close out (End to end delivery)
- Skilled at driving alignment across Product, Business, Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, QE, and Shared Services
- Backlog and Jira expertise; deep experience creating and managing capabilities, features, and stories with clear acceptance criteria and dependencies
- Ability to lead quarterly planning, capacity discussions, and scope/timeline trade offs at scale
- Hands on experience ensuring test traceability, SOX/Capex compliance, and Go / No Go readiness
- Strong executive communication; must have the ability to synthesize complex delivery details into clear, leadership ready updates, risks, and decisions
Job Description
- Owns initiative and capability scope; drives in/out decisions at MVP and capability level.
- Leads feasibility, intake, and quarterly planning in partnership with business and tech.
- Manages trade offs across scope, capacity, timeline, and risk.
- Creates leadership ready artifacts for alignment and decisioning.
- Owns capabilities, features, and user stories in Jira across impacted platforms.
- Ensures clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and dependencies are defined and sequenced.
- Partners with Tech Drivers and platform teams to align delivery to business intent.
- Accountable for initiative tracking, delivery status, and risk management across the SDLC.
- Manages change requests and downstream impacts.
- Ensures delivery hygiene, capability accounting, and clean closure in Jira.
- Owns SOX / Capex compliance and test evidence readiness.
- Partners with QE on E2E test planning and execution.
- Owns Go / No Go readiness and Business Launch Approval.
- Manages warranty, fast follows, and stabilization post launch.
