Renishaw's Healthcare Product team is seeking a Product Manager I to own a feature area and drive delivery of customer-focused enhancements in the healthcare data and analytics space.

You will translate customer needs into actionable requirements, collaborate with engineering and commercial teams, and use data to guide decisions and go-to-market activities across healthcare segments.

Qualifications

About the Role

As aProductManagerI, you will own aproductfeature area and lead project execution within our Healthcareproductportfolio. This roleis focused on leveraging healthcare provider data andinsights to create value for customers across multiple healthcare segments.

You will be responsible for defining and executing development plans, representing customer needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliverimpactfulproductenhancements. Theideal candidate has a customer-centric mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate business and customer requirementsinto actionableproductsolutions.

Customer & Market Focus
  • Engage with customers to understand business needs, gather requirements, and identify market opportunities.

  • Represent the voice of the customer throughout theproductdevelopment lifecycle.

  • Utilize customer frameworks, such as personas and Jobs-To-Be-Done methodologies, to guideproductdecisions.

  • Monitor market trends,industry developments, and competitor activity toinformproductstrategy.

  • Support customer engagements,including meetings, events, andissue resolution.

ProductStrategy & Execution
  • Own and execute theproductroadmap for a designated feature area.

Go-to-Market &ProductEnablement
  • Supportproductlaunch activities and go-to-market execution plans.

  • Partner with Sales and otherinternal stakeholders to understand market needs andproductpositioning.

  • Create and supportproductcollateral, training materials, and customer-facing communications.

  • Educate and enableinternal teams onproductcapabilities and value propositions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with engineering, design, operations, and commercial teams to deliverproductinitiatives.

  • Coordinate activities across teams to ensure quality, alignment, and successful delivery.

  • Build strong working relationships and foster collaboration across the organization.

Technical & Domain Expertise
  • Develop a strong understanding of healthcare provider data and how customers utilizeit.

  • Understand the company’s technology ecosystem and relevantproductarchitecture.

  • Collaborate with developers to balance customer needs with technical considerations and constraints.

  • Leverage tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, Excel, Balsamiq, and related technologies to supportproductactivities.

Requirements
Experience
  • 2-4 years ofProductManagement or related experience.

  • Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.

Education
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in a technical subject (Computer Science or Engineering discipline) is preferred, but not essential.
Knowledge & Skills
  • Understanding ofproductmanagement principles andproductdevelopment methodologies.

  • Familiarity with healthcare provider data andits application within healthcare markets preferred.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $71,600 - $119,400. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
