Job summary

Codal, a Chicago-based web design and development consultancy, seeks a Senior Technical Product Manager to own product oversight for a portfolio of complex accounts and to bridge business, product and technology stakeholders.

You will lead discovery and strategy for platform modernization, data, cloud, and AI-enabled solutions, partnering with Engineering, Architecture, Data/AI, and PMO to develop executable roadmaps and clear executive recommendations.

Qualifications

Must have significant client-facing experience and 8+ years in Product or Technical Product Management, with consulting/professional services exposure.
Experience leading large-scale, technically complex digital transformation and software engagements.
Strong understanding of APIs, enterprise integrations, cloud platforms, and AI-enabled solutions.
Proven ability to translate technical constraints into product strategy and executive-level recommendations.

Responsibilities

Own product oversight for a portfolio of technically complex accounts and manage client relationships, engagement health, and growth.
Lead discovery and product strategy for platform modernization, data, cloud, and AI-enabled solutions.
Lead or contribute to technical pre-sales and solutioning with Engineering and Architecture teams.
Mentor PMs and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data/AI, PMO, and Sales to evolve Codal’s capabilities.
