Job summary

LanceDB, an AI-native Multimodal Lakehouse, is seeking a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager to own technical content, demos, and competitive work for go-to-market. You will ensure technical proof supports marketing claims and arm Sales with practical materials.

You will collaborate with a PMM and develop deep-dive content, benchmarks, and reference architectures, while building credibility for customers and engineers who evaluate the platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years marketing infrastructure or developer products to technical practitioners in product marketing, technical marketing, developer relations, solutions architecture, or an adjacent technical GTM role.
• Hands-on technical ability: write Python and build a working demo.
• Comfortable on camera and able to carry a recurring video series.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical proof surface for LanceDB, including benchmarks, reference architectures, technical deep dives, and comparisons.
• Build hands-on demos on LanceDB and ship them as content, conference material, and sales assets.
• Write, host, and ship biweekly product update video with live demos.
• Partner with Engineering on deeper technical work and ensure rigor in benchmarks.
• Build customer- and partner-based proof points and reference architectures.
• Own competitive intelligence end to end and create battlecards and win themes.
• Build the technical half of sales enablement: demo scripts, discovery questions, competitive training.
• Ground everything in customer conversations, user research, and open-source activity.
• Partner with Marketing on launches, campaigns, and events with technical depth.
