Job summary

LanceDB is seeking a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager to own the technical content, demos, and competitive work behind our go-to-market. You’ll craft proof points that convince AI researchers and platform engineers, and partner with PMM, DevRel, Engineering, and Sales to evolve our GTM motion.

You’ll build demos, benchmarks, and deep-dive content, ensuring the technical material supports marketing claims and credibility for complex AI workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years marketing infrastructure or developer-focused roles.
• Hands-on ability to build demos and proofs.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Comfortable on camera and producing video content.
• Experience with AI/ML infrastructure or developer tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical proof surface: benchmarks, architectures, deep dives, comparisons.
• Build hands-on demos and ship them as content and sales assets.
• Write/host/ship biweekly product update video with live demos.
• Collaborate with Engineering on deep technical work and translating results for market use.
• Develop customer- and partner-based proof points and reference architectures.
• Own competitive intelligence and create battlecards and win themes.
• Create the technical half of sales enablement: scripts, questions, training.
• Ground content in real customer input, user research, and community activity.
• Partner with Marketing on launches, campaigns, and events.
