Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and manage roadmaps by identifying customer needs and tech trends.
• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and stakeholders to translate needs into plans.
• Lead large studies end-to-end: scoping, design, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Drive cross-functional execution with global peers to improve customer experience.
