Job summary

REGENT is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to own the Viceroy Seaglider program—managing schedule, budget, risks, and cross-functional execution. You will collaborate with the Chief Engineer and VP of Programs to drive design gates to build and test, while establishing a credible program baseline and reporting.

You will lead a small PMO and coordinate engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and certification efforts to ensure timely milestones and transparent leadership updates.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in managing complex hardware development programs through PDR/CDR gates.
• Ability to build and maintain an IMS with a managed critical path and credible baselines.
• Experience running risk processes that change outcomes with mitigations and decisions.
• Proven matrix leadership across cross-functional teams without direct reporting lines.
• Familiarity with certification/qualification processes (FAA/EASA/USCG or similar).
• Technical fluency to interrogate estimates, dependencies, and test logic across subsystems.

Responsibilities

• Own Program Execution: PM of record for the Viceroy Seaglider program, owning the IMS, budget, and risk posture.
• Build and Run the Program Baseline: Develop a credible baseline with cross-functional dependencies and controlled changes.
• Drive Risk and Issue Management: Run a living risk process with owners and mitigations for timely decisions.
• Partner with the Chief Engineer: Align technical authority with execution leadership and gate readiness.
• Integrate the Cross-Functional Machine: Synchronize Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Certification behind one plan.
• Communicate the Truth: Deliver transparent statuses to leadership with risks and resource needs.
