REGENT seeks a Program Manager for the Viceroy Seaglider program to own the integrated master schedule, budget, risks, and milestones. You will collaborate with the Chief Engineer and VP of Programs to drive design gates and lead cross-functional teams through build and test.

You’ll establish the program baseline, manage changes transparently, and deliver credible progress updates to leadership with a focus on timely decisions and risk reduction.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in managing complex hardware development programs.
• PM of record for vehicle-level programs through major design gates.
• Experience with PDR/CDR or equivalent gates.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams toward a common plan.
• Familiarity with certification and qualification processes.

Responsabilités

• Own Program Execution: manage IMS, budget, risk, and gate progression toward build and test.
• Build and Run the Program Baseline with a credible critical path.
• Drive Risk and Issue Management with early decision-making.
• Partner with Chief Engineer for technical and execution authority.
• Integrate Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Certification.
• Communicate status clearly to leadership without spin.
