REGENT Craft Inc. seeks a Program Management Operations Lead to design, build, and run the operating system powering the Seaglider programs, starting with Viceroy.

You will establish cadence, risk tracking, gate readiness, and action closure to keep programs on design gates with discipline and speed. Collaborating with the Program Manager, Chief Engineer, and VP of Programs, you will implement tooling (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet), create dashboards, and scale the operating system across

Qualifications

• Strong professional experience in program operations, planning/controls, or PMO roles on complex hardware development programs (aerospace, defense, marine, automotive, or comparable).
• Builders of repeatable processes in fast-moving programs who drive adoption, not just operate systems.
• Direct experience supporting gates and readiness activities (PDR/CDR) and related review logistics.

Responsabilités

• Build the Program Operating System: design and implement program cadence, reviews, risk boards, and action/decision logs for a startup tempo.
• Run Gate Readiness: establish entry criteria, evidentiary tracking, and closure processes to ensure gates are earned.
• Facilitate Risk Management: maintain a structured risk register and decision-forcing reviews.
• Own Program Tooling: implement and administer Jira/Confluence/Smartsheet workflows and dashboards used by the team.
• Publish the Truth: build dashboards and metrics trusted by leadership as the program health source.
• Scale Across Programs: extend the operating system from Viceroy to REGENT's broader portfolio.
