Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager for Data Integrations. You will own the data pipelines roadmap and work with data engineers, analytics, and clinical teams to deliver scalable ingestion, transformation, and delivery for healthcare systems.

You will drive observability, governance, and KPI development while guiding agile ceremonies and coordinating with internal and external partners to advance the data platform in a value-based care environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with data pipelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to explain complex data initiatives.
• Experience collaborating with clinical, operations, and analytics teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for data pipelines and orchestration services.
• Partner with data engineering, analytics, and infra teams to define requirements.
• Define specs for data ingestion, transformation and delivery across batch/streaming systems.
• Drive observability, data lineage, governance and SLAs for pipelines.
• Evolve data pipelines with new data streams and quality improvements.
• Manage large-scale clinical connectivity projects with internal/external partners.
• Communicate effectively with executives and non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead agile ceremonies and cross-functional planning.
• Define user stories, workflows, and platform capability artifacts.
• Develop metrics and KPIs for data pipelines.
• Proactively manage technical debt and platform evolution.
• Advocate best practices for data product thinking and reusability.
