Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead a portfolio of complex technical initiatives, including modernization, integrations, and cloud adoption. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage scope, schedule, and budgets, and ensure governance and delivery quality from initiation through operations.

In this role, you will collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, architects, and Federal partners to drive measurable outcomes while maintaining service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, project management, or a related field.
• Minimum ten years of relevant experience in IT projects and delivery leadership.
• Experience managing complex software, cloud, and cybersecurity initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, governance, and delivery of complex technical initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional and multi-vendor teams and manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risks.
• Engage Product Owners, Scrum Masters, architects, and Federal stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes.
• Establish delivery baselines, governance, and executive dashboards; monitor performance and financials.
• Drive release readiness, security, and operational transition activities across multiple workstreams.
