Guidehouse seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager in Austin, TX to lead multi-workstream programs across interface, data, transition, and testing activities. You will plan, schedule, mitigate risks, coordinate teams, and track progress to ensure scope, schedule, and stakeholder alignment.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of PM experience, a Bachelor's degree, and active security clearances. PMP/SAFe certifications and Jira/IPs management familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires 8+ years of professional experience in project planning, scheduling, risk, communications, dependency management, and multi-workstream coordination.
• Bachelor's degree required; security clearances may be required.
• PMP and/or SAFe certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate multi-workstream projects across interfaces, data, and transition efforts.
• Track progress, resolve issues, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment with scope and stakeholders.
• Support PM and workstream leads to maintain alignment across VA, SI, subcontractors, and technical teams.
