Job summary

The Reserves Network is hiring a Senior Technical Product Manager in Carrollton, TX to lead AI-focused digital product initiatives for internal teams. You will own discovery, strategy, development, and launches, working closely with Engineering, Design, and leadership on architecture, APIs, data, and cloud platforms.

The role requires deep technical depth, hands-on AI experience, and proven Agile ownership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience leading digital, SaaS, data, AI, or technology products.
• 0-to-1 product experience from concept and discovery through development, launch, and iteration.
• Strong technical acumen to engage Engineering on architecture, APIs, integrations, data, cloud platforms, and scalability.
• Meaningful hands-on experience with AI in professional or personal contexts.
• Experience delivering AI, ML, analytics, or data-intensive products.
• Hands-on, full-stack Product Manager within an Agile/Scrum team.
• Experience writing user stories, managing a backlog, and participating in Agile ceremonies.
• Extensive product discovery experience with end-user interviews to validate problems and opportunities.
• Experience building internal employee-facing products or productivity tools.
• Data-driven PM skills: KPIs, adoption metrics, and iterative decisions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with effective decision-making under uncertainty.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executives, engineers, designers, and business leads.
• Ability to defend recommendations with evidence and navigate pushback constructively.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, development, and launch of AI, data, and technology products for internal employees.
• Lead 0-to-1 product development from discovery to MVP, launch, measurement, and iteration.
• Identify opportunities for AI-first solutions and evaluate build-vs-buy options.
• Collaborate with Engineering on architecture, APIs, integrations, data, and cloud platforms.
• Remain hands-on with Agile delivery, including user stories, backlog, and sprint planning.
• Conduct end-user discovery to understand problems and translate findings into requirements.
• Define KPIs and adoption metrics to guide product decisions and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, stakeholders, and leadership to set priorities and drive execution.
