Job summary

The Manitowoc Company is seeking a Technical Service Specialist VI to provide second level parts research and order fulfillment support across Manitowoc Country Organizations and distributors. You will act as a technical parts support SME for a single product line and coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and service teams.

Responsibilities include responding to contact center inquiries, providing timely quotations, and participating in training, with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or technical degree in a business or technical field AND 2 years of experience
• ERP experience
• Microsoft 365 proficiency and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Respond to contact center phone calls and customer service tickets
• Provide timely quotation responses and proactive follow‑up
• Participate in training and professional development activities, including technical training classes
• Support after‑hours calls
• Engage in professional interaction with internal and external customers
• Read and interpret technical documentation and blueprints
• Act as subject‑matter expert for supporting a single product line
