Responsibilities

• Leads diagnosis and resolution of complex service situations across the national network with urgency.
• Leads root cause analysis and corrective action planning to prevent repeat issues.
• Manages full lifecycle of each case with thorough documentation and action planning.
• Oversees dark-market service recovery and coordinates with markets and stakeholders.
• Provides real-time guidance to the National Service Assessment Team.
• Builds cross-functional relationships with Renewal, field ops, legal, IT, and RD&I.
• Delivers monthly insights and performance reports to leaders across org.
