Andersen Corporation seeks a Manager Technical Operations & Service Resolutions to lead the diagnosis and resolution of the most complex service escalations across the retail network. You will provide real-time technical direction to the National Service Assessment Team and drive action plans to prevent repeat issues.

Responsibilities

• Leads diagnosis and resolution of complex and escalated service situations across the national network.
• Leads structured root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
• Manages full lifecycle of each case with documentation and disciplined action planning.
• Oversees dark-market service recovery with prioritization and stakeholder engagement.
• Provides real-time technical and operational guidance to the National Service Assessment Team.
• Builds cross-functional relationships with Renewal units, field operations, IT, engineering and retail locations.
