Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in technical marketing, solutions architecture, systems engineering, or SRE.
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters in production environments.
• Experience creating technical presentations or documentation for technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical narrative for Cisco's AI Infrastructure initiative and validate end-to-end lifecycle of solutions.
• Translate field feedback into actionable technical requirements for the product roadmap.
• Deliver technical content such as white papers, deployment guides, and design reviews for enterprise customers.
• Learn and apply unfamiliar technologies to lab or customer scenarios.
