• Experience in laboratory-based process development, route assessment, scale-up, characterization, and troubleshooting for APIs/fine chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical workstreams for supply chain assessment and lab-based manufacturing projects.
• Plan and coordinate lab activities: route assessment, process development, scale-up, troubleshooting, purification, characterization, and technology evaluation.
• Translate complex chemical, manufacturing, and supply chain information into clear recommendations and deliverables.
• Lead matrixed teams and track progress against milestones.
