Job summary

Credence Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a Principal Technical Manager at Robins AFB, GA. This role leads systems engineering for the assigned program, including defining requirements, plans, and verification strategies to ensure performance within lifecycle constraints.

The position requires broad DoD knowledge, AF LCM familiarity, and strong decision-making skills to manage technical risk and support evaluation of proposed changes across the program lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
• Experience managing DoD LCM activities (CM, risk management, integrity programs, etc.).
• Familiarity with regulations and DoD acquisition processes.

Responsibilities

• Support programs with systems engineering activities including development, production, test, and technical management.
• Identify and document technical requirements for weapon system products.
• Develop engineering and test plans to meet mission and system requirements.
• Evaluate risks and advise on options to optimize performance and schedules.
• Provide input for new development, product support, and OSS&E for assigned systems.
