Job summary

Credence seeks a Principal Technical Manager for Robins AFB, GA to lead systems engineering across defense programs. The role focuses on translating DoD requirements into system specifications, overseeing verification, and ensuring mission success.

You will guide technical decisions, manage risk, and maintain strong collaboration with government and industry partners. The position requires active TS/SCI clearance, advanced degrees or extensive DoD-experience, and a proven track record in

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
Master’s or doctorate degree in a related field and 20+ years in the DoD, or a bachelor’s with 25+ years in the DoD, or 30 years with certified qualifications.

Responsibilities

Support assigned programs with systems engineering activities across development, production, test, and technical management.
Identify and document technical requirements for weapon system products.
Develop technical/engineering and test/verification plans to meet requirements.
Evaluate risks and propose options to optimize performance and schedules.
Provide system engineering review across concept, design, and operations phases.
Coordinate acquisition technical processes and program planning.
