Renowned major residential developer, years’ worth of expertise within the construction industry with a strong financial backing which allow them to function in an autonomous manor and secure new developments.

Deliver various residential schemes from medium traditional build schemes to luxury apartments.

Due to successful delivery of previous projects and a strong portfolio worth of work we are looking an experience Senior Technical Manager with the residential construction industry to come aboard the team.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in a technical role.
• Experience of working on a mixed tenure private/affordable apartment development.
• 2 years’ experience of developing junior employees.
• Knowledgeable in the planning process
• Capable of managing a developing a team which will include a variety of Technical staff of all levels.
• Experienced in residential traditional build projects
• Experienced professional with a previous history working for a residential developer
• Need good problem solving, communication and analytical skills.
