Freelance/Permanent Finishing Manager’s – Residential Developer – Berkshire

My client is a top UK residential developer specialising in new build developments within London’s surrounding counties. The company comes across highly regarded in the residential industry and have a good reputation for high quality product.

Job description & Responsibilities

My client is looking to add to their growing team with the addition of Finishing Manager’s on a freelance or permanent basis on a number of luxury residential schemes in the region.

You will report into a Senior Site Manager/Project Manager in which you will help drive the finishing stages of the developments on towards completion.

Each developments consist of high end luxury houses and apartments ranging from 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms and the ideal candidate must have a strong finishing background with a proven track record on having worked on luxury high finished apartments.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• The ideal candidates must have experience working for a developer or main contractor on all internals of high end residential projects.
• The ideal candidates will have experience with all finishing stages from core stage to 1 st fix, 2 nd fix, snagging, de-snagging and completion, CML’s through to handover.
• Candidates must have a valid CSCS Card, SMSTS, First Aid and coming from a trade’s background would be ideal.
