Qualifications

• P.E. license in Maryland.
• 20+ years of land development civil engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Maryland and local jurisdiction regulations.
• Proven ability to provide senior-level technical review, judgment, and problem-solving guidance.
• Stormwater management, grading, utilities, permitting and regulatory compliance.

This role is designed for a seasoned civil engineer who wants to remain deeply engaged in technical work, design quality, engineering judgment, and complex problem-solving — without taking on traditional project management or people management responsibilities.

This position is ideal for a senior engineer who enjoys:

• Solving complex engineering challenges

• Advising project teams on highly technical land development issues
• Influencing engineering quality across projects

This is not a budget, schedule, or staff management role. It is a senior-level technical leadership position focused on engineering excellence.

The Senior Technical Manager will serve as a senior technical resource for land development design, including:

• Site layout and design
• Grading and earthwork analysis
• Drainage and stormwater management
• Utility design and coordination
• Roadway and transportation improvements
• Regulatory and permitting compliance
