Job summary

ERM is seeking a Principal Technical Consultant, Paleontologist, to lead paleontological and cultural resource projects across North America. Based in a US ERM office, this senior role combines technical leadership, mentoring, and business development to navigate regulatory challenges and deliver high-quality environmental assessments.

You will oversee investigations, QA/QC deliverables, and multidisciplinary collaboration, while guiding junior staff and serving as a principal author on reports.

• Solid understanding of NEPA and environmental review requirements.
