DXC Technology is seeking a seasoned software professional in the Springfield, MA area to lead large-scale migration, conversion, and modernization initiatives for a major insurance client. You will serve as a trusted advisor, analyzing business needs and designing robust solutions aligned with digital transformation strategies.

This role requires deep life insurance expertise, especially Universal Life and Traditional Life products, and a strong background in mainframe development with COBOL,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Typically 6+ years in industry with 2+ years in a similar software engineering role.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages and development methodologies.
