Job summary

DXC Technology Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst to support large-scale insurance transformation and modernization programs in the Life & Annuity space. You will translate business needs into functional requirements and guide data conversion efforts for successful migrations.

The role requires deep life insurance knowledge (Universal Life and Traditional Life) and familiarity with Vantage/wmA. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across global locations and participate in testing

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within the life insurance industry.
Experience with life insurance products such as Universal Life and Traditional Life.
Experience supporting insurance platform modernization, migration, or conversion initiatives.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and validate requirements.
Facilitate workshops to map current-state and define future-state processes.
Document data mapping requirements and validate conversion outcomes during migration.
Coordinate UAT planning and validate business scenarios for solution quality.
Track requirements through the project lifecycle and manage changes.
