Job summary

Centre Technologies is seeking an experienced Technical Lead to act as the senior technical resource for client-facing service delivery teams in Houston. You will collaborate with Service Delivery Managers, vCIOs, and consultants to resolve complex issues, guide technology decisions, and improve environments for reliability, security, and performance.

Qualifications

6+ years of progressive IT infrastructure or managed services experience.
Experience supporting multiple customer environments simultaneously.
Advanced troubleshooting across Microsoft, cloud, networking, and security platforms.
Strong customer-facing communication skills.
Proven ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Experience providing technical leadership without direct management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Serve as the senior technical escalation resource within client services.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, cloud, networking, endpoint, and security issues.
Lead root cause analysis for high-impact incidents.
Provide technical leadership during outages and service interruptions.
Communicate clearly with customers and stakeholders during escalations.
Mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 consultants and promote technical excellence.
