Job summary

BigBear.ai seeks a Senior Technical Lead to support the DIA, guiding a team of developers to integrate legacy and modern systems with AI capabilities. Role is based in Washington, DC with 3-4 days on site at DIA HQ and hybrid flexibility.

You will lead technical strategy, coordinate with government leads, and ensure timely delivery of contracts’ development efforts, highlighting risks and opportunities for efficiency and impact.

Qualifications

• Senior technical leadership experience (≥2 years) directing major technology initiatives.
• Experience developing and maintaining technical strategies for app development and system integration with AI.
• Security+ preferred; TS/SCI, CI Poly clearance required for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain technical strategies to ensure effective application development and integration across systems.
• Coordinate with government leads on requirements, priorities, and milestones; provide briefings and updates.
• Distill requirements for contract staff and track progress; present consolidated updates to stakeholders.
