Job summary

Prodapt, a leading player in the Connectedness industry, is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to drive design, development and delivery of scalable software solutions. You will mentor engineers and collaborate with product, architecture, QA, DevOps and business teams.

You will lead technical design, establish standards, review code for quality and security, and guide teams through complex requirements. Strong hands-on expertise and excellent communication are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and development of complex applications.

• Break down complex requirements into technical solutions and development tasks.

• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in estimation, sprint planning, technical discussions, and solution reviews.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive root‑cause analysis.
• Support CI/CD, cloud adoption, automation, monitoring and engineering initiatives.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in software design, architecture, and development.
• Excellent knowledge of [Java/.NET/Python/Node.js/etc.] and relevant frameworks.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, databases, cloud, CI/CD, and distributed systems.
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP and containerization technologies such as Docker/Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Git and modern DevOps practices.
• Strong debugging, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience designing highly scalable and high‑availability systems.
• Knowledge of security, observability, performance engineering, and cloud‑native architectures.
