Job summary

MELE Associates, Inc. seeks a TSCM Technician to join our Albuquerque team, performing sensitive measurements and security surveys at a national laboratory. The role requires executing evaluations with strict adherence to DOE/NNSA policies and delivering clear, classified reports.

The candidate should have 3+ years in instrumented TSCM, the ITC Fundamentals course, and a DOE Q or DOD Top Secret clearance. On-site work in Albuquerque, NM, with strong analytical and reporting skills expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience performing instrumented TSCM services.
• Graduate of Interagency Training Center TSCM Fundamentals Course.
• Current DOE Q or DOD Top Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain sensitive measurement and survey equipment.
• Plan and execute Technical Security evaluations per DOE/ NNSA guidance.
• Prepare thorough, classified written reports detailing evaluation procedures and findings.
• Provide Technical Threat Briefings and analytical reports to senior officials.
• Respond to Technical Security discoveries in line with policy.
