Job summary

DarkStar Intelligence is hiring Technical Instructors in the Annapolis Junction, MD area to deliver instructor-led training to adult learners across beginner to advanced levels in person and live virtual formats.

You will prepare labs, review materials, provide constructive feedback, record attendance, and submit final grades on schedule while helping to improve course materials and uphold standards of conduct.

Qualifications

• Five years of hands-on experience in a relevant technical field.
• Two years of delivering instructor-led technical training to adults, in person and virtual.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent hands-on experience) in a related field.
• U.S. citizenship and an active Top Secret clearance.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivers instructor-led technical training to adult learners at various levels.
• Teaches in classroom and live virtual formats using active, collaborative, hands-on methods.
• Prepares for each class by reviewing materials and validating labs and links.
• Gives feedback, assesses mastery through performance checks, and records attendance.
• Submits final grades on schedule and reviews student feedback for improvements.
• Collaborates with the Program Manager to resolve issues during classes.
• Maintains a respectful, professional learning environment and adheres to conduct standards.
